For over 80 years, a building in the village of Gaal has been a local landmark. Once home to the Lecker family’s shop and residence, it has now become a place for relaxation and energy renewal. Starting April 2023, the old Kaufhaus Lecker is being transformed into the Steirermaxx Apartments, blending its rich history with a fresh new look.

The Steirermaxx Design seamlessly merges the charm and history of the old building with the modern style of the new apartments. It features classic serif typography, inspired by the original dark green signage, and a fresh green color palette. The logo, with its sharp edges and unique broken typeface, complements this look. I developed a full visual identity, including the logo, business cards, wayfinding system, brochure, guest info sheets, social media posts, merchandise, and a website.
